With refermoe to Your Hellency's letter No.134 of November 22nd. last, I have the honour to enclose copy and translation of a letter received from the Military Governor to- -gether with œpy of a report by Mr. Pratt who was present at the trial of Wong Kwok-vai on December 28th., 1915.
It will be seen from General Lung's letter that the accused has been sentenced to 3 years' imprisonment and has been forbidden to visit Hongkong in future.
I have alm the honour to enclose a demand draft for Hongkong #841.75 being the equivalent of $1,000.00 handed to me by General Lung with the request that the money may be gin as a gratuity to the widow of Chung Ming-chau.
